The OB Hotel "Lowest Rate Guarantee"
Terms and conditions:
- Our Lowest Rate Guarantee assures that if any guest finds a “comparable room” in another hotel that is also considered “ocean front” for a lesser rate, we will match that rate.
- “Ocean Front” is considered any hotel establishment situated within 50 feet of the Pacific Ocean and is within the city limits of San Diego.
- A “comparable room” must have at least the same quantity of beds (either King or Queen) and include similar amenities, such as refrigerators, microwaves and flat screen TV’s.
- Rates must be for the same dates.
- Hotel condos are not subject to the Lowest Rate Guarantee due to the rarity of rentable condos in a hotel environment.
- This offer is not valid on holidays, street fair weekend, O. B. Beachball weekend, Jazz Festival Weekend, Oktoberfest weekend or Christmas Parade weekend.
- If the Lowest Rate Guarantee is enacted, the guest will be responsible for the Ocean Beach Hotel’s advertised price and the discrepancy will be refunded to them upon manager approval.
